I’m a certified therapist with a Master’s in Personality and Counseling Psychology. My work is about helping people feel safe enough to open up and explore their inner worlds with honesty and compassion.I was drawn to the mental health field when I started to notice my own experience of how magical it is to let yourself express your thoughts and feeling and have them be heard and validated. Over the years, I’ve seen how sharing what you're going through can ease the emotional weight and allow you to continue the journey of life.I offer both online and in-person sessions in Armenian, English, and Arabic. I'm open to working with people of all backgrounds and nationalities. My goal is to create a space where you can breathe, be open, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

My therapeutic approach is humanistic, client-centered, and relational. I guide clients inward, helping them cut off the outside noise, so they can be fully present with who they are. I give big importance to establishing a safe therapeutic relationship where you can let go of your protections and survival mechanisms and get to know your authentic self.I use the following modalities in my work:
Existential Therapy — making sense of meaning, identity, choice, and the deeper questions shaping your life
Internal Family Systems (IFS) — exploring the different “parts” of you with curiosity and compassion.
I don’t rush the process, and I don’t pathologize mental health struggles. I believe those struggles are often signals pointing toward deeper pain that deserves care and compassion, not judgment.
I support adults who are navigating:
Anxiety
Trauma
Depression
Burnout and chronic stress
Life changes and transitions
Emotional patterns rooted in past pain
As an Existential therapist, I pay great importance to how you perceive life, to your worldview, your sense of meaning and purpose. In my view, obstacles start to show up when we get distanced from our individuality, whether it's because of painful past experiences or the fast pace of life. What awaits you in sessions with me is a journey back to self-acceptance and making sense of your patterns.
